How to Control the Drill (Remote Hook-Up) Integrating a standard power tool with your cobot controls is simpler than you think. You do not need complex drivers, expensive frequency converters, or software plugins.
Trigger Lock: Secure your drill’s trigger in the “ON” position using a simple velcro strap or the drill’s built-in continuous-run button.
Power Control: Plug the drill into a standard external relay or smart plug controllable by 24V signals.
Robot I/O Connection: Wire the relay to your robot’s Digital Output (DO).
Program: Simply toggle the Digital Output
HIGHto start the drill andLOWto stop it within your robot program (Polyscope, TMFlow, etc.).
Ultra-Lightweight Carbon Fibre Design Weight is money in collaborative robotics. Heavy steel mounts eat up your payload capacity, forcing you to buy larger, more expensive robots. We engineered this adapter using High-Strength Carbon Fibre Composite.

Rigid Precision Despite being lightweight, the composite structure is designed for maximum rigidity. It clamps the drill’s 43mm Euro Neck securely, preventing the tool from deflecting or vibrating during operation. This ensures perfectly round holes and prevents drill bit breakage.
